    In areas with high water tables, excavation for construction of new facilities can be a problem. Shallow wells can be installed to bring the water tables down below the level of construction. Downey Drilling, Inc. provides the equipment and materials for the dewatering operation. Once the dewatering operation is completed, Downey Drilling, Inc. will remove the temporary dewatering wells.
